Reading the rules is all so important. Each contest has it’s own set of rules. The medical profession says a baby is a toddler when he or she begins to walk. Some contest rules will specify a certain age to be eligible to enter. There are different age limit contests out there for your baby, toddler, preschooler, big kid, preteen, and older.
