You must be the legal guardian of the child you are entering in the contest. You must be over 18 years of age. By submitting an entry to the contest, you agree comply with all of the following rules.
Contest Fee: The majority of the contest fee monies are used for contest costs such as marketing, advertising, administrative, computer support and other supporting costs and, of course, to pay for prizes. The contest fee is not refundable.
Winner Notification: Only the first place holders are eligible to win a prize. The winner will be notified within two to three weeks after the winner is announced. The winner is given 7 days from email notification date to claim their prize. After the 7 days, if no email response is received from the winner, the first place holder forfeits their prize and placement, and the second place winner will become the first place winner and is eligible to receive the first place prize.
Acceptable Photos: Submit an acceptable photo of the child you are entering. Upon paying the entry fee and submitting your child’s photo for entry, Parent/Guardian of winners authorize babietrends.com to publish their name and photo on the website (not their street address or phone number). See our privacy policy.
Photos with nudity or children depicted in a derogatory or dangerous position will not be accepted. The Babietrends staff reserves all rights to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.
We will accept high quality/clear snapshot photos only! No Professional or enhanced photos allowed! Photos must be under 450 kb and in JPG/JPEG/ format only! No more than one child per photo is allowed-UNLESS your child is a twin/triplet, etc… We reserve the right to have contest themes during the year and your photo must fall within the theme of the contest. If it does not, it will not be accepted. We don’t always have a theme.
Photos must be within 6 months of the child’s real age.
We reserve the right to resize your photos as appropriate. You also must own copyrights to your photos and in uploading them to our website, you are agreeing that we can use them on our site as appropriate such as in advertising, etc.
Eligibility: Our contests are void where prohibited by law. The contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing that they reside in a state that prohibits photo contests and are subject to any local, state or national laws. Babietrends.com accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.

No employee of Babietrends.com or any affiliate company, judge or panel member, nor any of their family members are eligible to enter in any contest. By submitting a clear photo that is acceptable for judging you are qualified to advance to the final stage of judging.
Judging: The contests are judged by qualified staff members, with no prejudice with regards to gender or race. However, a sensitivity to a wide variety of types of children is desirable. All Judges decisions are final.
